¶1This intra court appeal impugns the orders dated 19th Novemb er,2012 and 26'h November, 2012 of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.716312012,

¶2However, what we find is that the order dated 19th Novemb er,2012 is an order with the consent of the appellant. The appellant subsequently attempted to withdraw the said consent and which was not permitted vide order dated 26th Novemb er, 2012. The appellant in this appeal appearing through a different counsel has sought to blame the senior counsel who had appeared for him on 19th November,2012 and which attempt, is not only to be nipped in the bud but also to be deprecated th ?
