Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that said cost sha ll be paid within one week. However said date has lapsed and OA against the order dated
14.01.2016 has been dismissed, therefore in view of aforesaid notification the matter is transferred to South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi on 01.04.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the court of learned District & Session Judge, South East, Saket Courts.
