Case no.
CS(OS) 2977/2014

Judgment

O R D E R %

03.09.2015

¶1A perusal of the order sheets shows that on 13.07.2015, counsel for the plaintiffs had stated before the Joint Registrar that he wished to withdraw the suit and it was on account of the said statement that the case was directed to be placed before the Court.

¶2The case was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the plaintiffs. Same is the position on the second call.

¶3It appears from the aforesaid order that the plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit. As none is present on behalf of the plaintiffs today, the suit is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution alongwith the pending application.
