(Stay) It is agreed that in view of the fact that in W.P.(C) Nos. 7637 & 7638/2010 titled as Pawan Kumar Jain & Ors. Vs. Govt. of NCT of Deltii & Ors. decided on 19.11.2010, certain directions have been issued in respect of the interim arrangement to continue till the appeal is decided qua another Award relating to the same elections, the arrangement would equally apply in respect of the Award in question in the present proceedings. Learned counsel for respondents 3, 4 and 5 expresses an apprehension based upon the agenda of the meeting scheduled to be held today but learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the agenda was formulated earlier and that interim directions passed by this court shall be adhered to and agenda contrary to the same will not be taken. The petition and the application stand disposed of.
