On some trivial issue, a quarrel took place between ttrem, wherein petitioners caused injuries on the person of respondent No. 3. FIR in question was registered on ttre complaint of respondent No. 2. Now, with the intervention of common friends petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably, inasmuch as petitioners have compensated respondent No. 3 towards pain and mental agony suffered by him by paying sum of t50,000/-.
