¶1The innocuous prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondents to carry out consolidation of Village-Ladpur, Delhi, . in respect of which Notification (Annexure-A) was issued way ,C back in the year 1993 and thereafter, despite various Representations and informations sought through Right to Information Act, 2005, no positive response is forthcoming from the respondents as to when consolidation of Village-Ladpur, Delhi, would be completed. %

¶2The grievance of the petitioners adjoining 11 villages, as referred to in is that consolidation of Notification (Annexure-A), W.P.(C) No.7e71/20L1 Page 1 Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. .: "| 'F is either complete or is going to complete but for this village, it has not properly commenced despite the order dated 3I.L2.2009 (Annexure-R) of the concerned SDM, Delhi and this is affecting petitioners' right to extension of Laldora in respect of which all the villagers have already made Representation (Annexure-e) to the coircerned Deputy Commissioner but to no avail. 3' Since the direction sought for in this petition is quite 'D innocuous, therefore, this petition is disposed of in timini with a direction to respondents No. 5 & 6 to expeditiously carry out the consolidation of Village-Ladpur, Delhi as well. A direction is also issued to respondent No. 5 in particular to decide the Representation dated 7.I2.2009 (Annexure-Q) within a period of 3 months from today by a speaking order and after hearing representatives of the petitioners, if required. 4' Respondents No. 5 & 6 be apprised of this order forthwith. 5' Copy of this order be given dastito counsel for petitioners. ?
