25.tL.20t1 The petitioner's wife Kashish @ Rubia Khatoon is present in Court. She is admittedly 24 years old. She has stated that she wishes to reside with her husband. Her mother Saira Khatoon is also present in Court and she has stated that now she has no objection to the maniage and her daughter may reside with the petitioner. The parents of the petitioner are also present in Court and have stated that they have also accepted Rubia Khatoon as their daughter-in-law and they have assured this Court that they shall take good care of her and that she would have no occasion to complain. The petitioner as well as his parents as also the mother of Rubia Khatoon have assured this Court that no untoward incident shall take place and that the petitioner and his a\a rvife will be permitted to live happily without any hindrance from their side.
