Judgment

ORDER o/o

16.11.2011 The present contempt petition has been preferred with a grievance that the Registrar of Multi State Co-operativeSocieties has not taken a decision on the petitioner's representation submitted on

02.03.2011 in terms of the order dated 15.02.2011 passed in W.P(C) 951/2011. A perusal of the order date 15.02.2011 shows that no specific direction was issued to the Registrar of Multi State Co operative Society to decide the representation of the petitioner within a time bound manner. In my view, the present petition is, therefore, not maintainable and is dismissed. It shall be open to the petitioner to take such other appropriate measures as may be permitted under law.
