ORDER 0/"
04.09.2015 In the above captionedthree petitions, cancellationof pre-arrest bail granted to respondent-accusedpersons is sought by petitioners. Since these petitionspertainto one FIR, therefore, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, these three petitions were heard together and by this common order, they are being disposedof. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent-accused persons are misusing the concession of pre-arrestbail grantedto them as they are extendingthreatsto petitionerand so, the concessionof pre-arrestbail extendedto them, deservesto be withdrawn. Learned AdditionalPublic Prosecutorsfor respondent-State submitthat the challanin this FIR case has been alreadyfiled and the threatperceptiondoes notstandsubstantiated. Upon hearingand on perusalof the FIR in questionand the status report, I find that the threat perception as alleged by petitionerdoes not stand substantiatedand as such, no ground to Page 2 CRL.M.Cs.2752, 5604 &5373 of2014 cancelthe pre-arrestbail grantedto respondent-accusedpersons is madeoutin thesepetitions.Accordingly, the above-captionedthree petitionsare dismissed.
