21.11.2011 o Learned counsel for the respondent has tendered in Court a compilation of documents. At. page 3 of this compilation, the calculation sheet in respect of the pension liability pertaining to the petitioner has been tabulated which has been signed by the Sr. Accounts Officer/PTPS-I, HPGCL, Panipat. As, per this statement, the total leave earned by the petitioner is shown to be 204 days. However, the petitioner has been granted the benefit for only 102 days by relying upon the F.D.Hrletter No.ll/12/98-4FR II dated 12.8.1998. After some arguments, learned counsel for the respondent agrees that the case of the petitioner is covered by clause ix of this letter and not by clause x. Learned counsel, on instructions from Ex.En. Mr. C.B.Sharma of the respondent, submits that the balance amount shall be paid to the petitioner within two weeks. Let the said amount Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. be paid along with interestas directedby the Courtwithintwo weeks.
