Petitioner No.l, Mohan Brahman and respondent No.2, Pooja Rathi are present in person with their counsel. Both the parties are identifiedby their counsel. The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement in the Mediation Cell, Dwarka District Courts. They have already been granted divorce by mutual consent. In terms of the settlement, Rs.80,000/-has already been paid by the petitionerNo.l, Mohan Brahman to respondent Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. $ No.2, Pooja. The balanceof Rs.30,000/-is paid in cash to the respondent No.2 in Court today. RespondentNo.2, Pooja now states that she has no claim or grievance against the petitioners. Further, the couple has a daughter.Baby Sapna aged 5 years. She has beenbroughtby Poojaand has been handedoverto herhusband,Mohan Brahman,petitionerNo.l herein. RespondentNo.2, Pooja, who is present, statesthat she has givenher daughterto thepetitionerNo.l, herhusbandon her own free will and in the interest of the child.
