MA 18132/2011 (stay) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been preferred by the petitioners for quashing the FIR N 0.162/20101 under Section 308 IPC registered with Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi on the ground that the parties have inter se compromised the matter. The petitioners and the respondents no.2 and 3 are present in person and are identified by their respective counsels. The respondents no. 2 and 3 who are the complainants state that they have compromised the matter with the petitioner out of their own free will and volition and without any pressure or coercion of any sort and they have no objection if the present FIR is quashed. In view of these submissions and the fact that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant FIR alive, the petition and allowed and FIR No.162/2010 under Section 308 IPC registered with Police Station Prashant Vihar, Delhi and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
