Judgment

• % 18.11.2009 Present: Court on its own motion. Respondent in person. + Cri.Cont.Ref.No.6/2009 The present contempt notice was issued on account of an unsavoury incident which took place in the Court of Ms.jasjeet Kaur, MM (Outer)-05, Rohini Court, Delhi on 07.08.2009. The respondent is present in the Court and states that he had gone to the Rohini Court in view of a traffic challan and even earlier had visited the Court a number of times. The concerned police officer was not present on that date and due to his financial and mental state, he said something which he did not mean and tenders unconditional apology for the same and assures this Court that such a thing will not happen in future. In view of the stand of the respondent, who is a senior citizen, and his unconditional apology, we are inclined to accept the apology and close the matter. The petition stands disposed of.
