¶1In this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's application of 01.02.2011 (Annexure P-3) to record petitioner's possession in respect of crop of rabi, 2011 over land Khasra No.58/15/1(0-9) situated at Village Karala, Delhi, has not been decided till date.

¶2In this regard learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to Annexure P-4 and states that respondent Uo.5/Tehsildar, Saraswati Vihar, Delhi, has not decided petitioner's applicationof 01.02.2011 (AnnexureP-3).

¶3Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the aforesaid application (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner would be decided within 2 weeks.

¶4In view of the aforesaid stand taken by respondents' counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.5 to decide petitioner's application of 01.02.2011 (Annexure Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
