ORDER Yo
09.09.2010 This petition has been preferred by the petitioner because the learned trial court has issued NBWs against the petitioner. I consider that it is the jurisdiction of trial court to issue NBWs. The appropriate course for the petitioner would be to approach the trial court for cancellation of NBWs and not this Court by way of a petition. I I I find no ground to entertain the present petition. Th{ Retition is hereby I dismissed. lilL SHIV NARAYAN DHINGRA,J SEPTEMBER 09, 2O1O rd J Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
