15.11.2011 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of the FIR No.358/2001 under Sections IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali, Delhi on the ground that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The compromise deed dated 28.10.2010 is placed on record. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitionis allowed and FIR No.358/2001underSections363 IPC registered at Police Station Mandawali, Delhi and consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
