16.11.2011 This is a petition under Section 482 Gr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.89 of 2011 under Sections 420, read with Section IPG registered at Police Station Naraina, District, South West, Delhi on the ground that the parties inter se have amicably resolved all their disputes. Respondent No.3 Sh.Ved Pal Sharma for himself and on behalf of respondent No.4 M/s.Metaphor Exports Pvt. Ltd. HE states that though he has left the services of the respondent No.4, but by the resolution of Board Meeting of respondent No.4 he was authorized to represent it before the court and make statement. Copy of resolution is placed on record. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, a sum of Rs.4,68,913/- has been paid by the petitioner to Sh.Ved Pal Sharma in the name of respondent No.4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, useful purpose would be served in continuing the present FIR. Consequently, the petition is allowed and FIR No.89 of 2011 under Sections 420, 406 read with Section 34 IPG registered at Police-station Naraina, District, South West, Delhi and all the consequential Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing. proceedings arising thereof are hereby quashed.
