17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.1 crore, therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned district court.

In view of same, the present execution petition stands Contd...2 transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Delhi for 23.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court on the said date and time.
