Case file has been received back and taken up pursuant to order dated 28.03.2017 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 20.03.2017 of learned District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi. From the order dated 20.03.2017 of learned District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi, it is clear that the jurisdiction of the present matter does not fall with the jurisdiction of South West District. Perusal of case file reveals that judgment debtor is based at Nangal Raya, New Delhi-110046, which situated in West District. Accordingly the order dated 19.01.2017 for transfer of the matter to South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi is modified. The present execution petition now stands transferred to the Contd....2 court of learned District & Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Delhi for 15.05.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
