01.04.2016, the petitioners (Sarita @ Sarita Khokhar and Dhanpati @ Dhanpati Khplchar) and vide order dated 22.04.2016, the petitioner , Satender @ Satender Khokhar, were granted interim'protection and'were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioners have joined the investigationsince then. Injuries sustained by victim are 'simple' in nature. It is infomied that on the date of incident the complainantwho, is.closely related to the petitioners,did not lodge any report. She.declinedto get herselfmedicallyexamined.
