¶1The writ petition was disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Cell of this Court. The respondent I No.2 avers certain difficulties in irnplementation of the settlement and has sought modification of the order to the said extent.

¶2It is deemed expedient that the said matter is considered by the same - mediators who had been successful earlier in mcdiation.
