¶1Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the Settlement Agreement dated 06th April, 2026 entered before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, to submit that the parties have already settled their disputes by way of the said settlement agreement. Thus, she submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

¶2The petitioner is also present in person before this Court, and confirms the terms of the said Settlement Agreement which is on record. This is a digitally signed order. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement.
