I have perused the order dated 08.07.2016 which states that the cause of action in the suit has not arisen within the jurisdiction of South District and the same has arisen at Nehru Enclave. Ld. counsel for plaintiff has also submitted that the cause of action in the present suit had arisen within the jurisdiction of South-East District. Hence, the Registry is directed to send the complete record of this case to the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi for 29th August, 2016. Parties shall appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi on the said date.
