Crl.M.A. No.13405/2016 Issue notice. Notice is accepted on behalf of the State. By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 23.07.2013. The petitioner seeks that the said order be modified with regard to the authority to whom the personal bond and surety be furnished. The petitioner seeks that the petitioner may be permitted to furnish the personal bond and surety to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant instead of the Trial Court. The petitioner also seeks reduction of the surety amount.

Having heard counsel for the petitioner and the State, it is directed that the personal bond and surety be furnished to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant instead of the Trial Court. However, the personal bond and the surety shall be furnished for the amount of Rs.10,000/-.

The application stands disposed of.
