Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 4th April, 2016. Date 08/04/2016 fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled. Ld. counsel for plaintiff undertakes to inform ld. counsel for defendant no.1 in writing about the transfer of present matter. Let copy of such written intimation be also placed on court record.
