01.08.20L3 Jhe learned counsel for the parties submit that they have requisite instructions to the effect that they would have no objection if this coutt were to appoint an At'bitrator, for adjudication of the disputes arising between the parties. Mr. Aru1 Kumar Varma, Advocate, who is present in court has been requested to act as an Arbitrator in the matter' The learned counsel for the parties have no objection to the same' Accorclingly, Mr. Arun I(umar Varma (Mobile No.981I0444g4), Chamber No.226, Lawyers' chamber, Delhi Higlt Court is appointed as an Arbitrator. Both the parties will refer their claims aud counter claims, if any, to the leatned Arbitrator, who will adjudicate upon the same in accordance with the law.
