30.05.2016 by Ld. District and Sessions Judge (East) KKD Courts, Delhi, wherein it is mentioned that the present matter falls within the jurisdiction of Shahdara District. Vide order dated 22.01.2016, the matter was transferred to East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi for 30.05.2016. The transfer of the matter vide order dated 22.01.2016 as per notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, was a ministerial order. Accordingly the said ministerial order is modified. Since it is revealed that the jurisdiction falls in Shahdara District, therefore the matter stands transferred to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear Contd….2 before the Court of Ld. District Judge, Shadara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi on 10.08.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Learned counsel for defendant no.1 undertakes that he shall inform the learned counsel for plaintiff in this regard.
