¶2This petition has been filed by the petitioner, complaining that although the pleadings in his O.A., being O.A. No. 58/2024, were completed more than a year ago, the O.A. has not been taken up for final hearing.

¶3The petitioner further complains that, in the meantime, the departmental proceedings are continuing, which may render the O.A. infructuous if it is not taken up for hearing. This is a digitally signed order. 4. We are informed that the O.A. is now listed before the learned Tribunal on 10.12.2025. We request the learned Tribunal not to grant any further adjournment on the said date and to make an endeavour to hear the matter on merits.

¶5With the above directions, the petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.
