¶5Learned counsel for the respondent appearing on advance notice, by handing over a copy of an order dated 15.11.2025 submits that the learned Family Court now has fixed both the time and venue therein, as such, the present petition per se has become infructuous. Moreover, he submits that the petitioner is in default by not bringing the child on 15.11.2025, pursuant to the impugned order dated 03.11.2025.
