¶1This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of applicant in case FIR No. 455/2024, under Sections 309(4)/3(5) BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Khajuri Khas.

¶2At this stage, Mr. Shri Kant Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present bail application, pertaining to FIR No. 455/2024 was registered at Police Station New Usman Pur and not Khajuri Khas, as mentioned in the instant application.
