¶2The present is the third bail application filed by the applicant after dismissal of his previous bail applications by this Court by orders dated 03.10.2024 and 08.04.2025.

¶3The only change in circumstance pleaded by the applicant is that charges have been framed after dismissal of the applicant's bail application on the last occasion.
