Learned counsels for parties have requested that the present matter may be transferred to concerned North District at Rohini Courts for 12.07.2016 where the territorial and pecuniary jurisdiction of the present case lies since the connected CS(OS) 1678/2013 has already been transferred to the said court for that date. In view of the same and in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated
24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, North District, Rohini Court Complex, Delhi on 12.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
