10.07.2013 Learned counsel for the petitioners states that neither the appeals filed by petitionersagainstthe judgmentand order dated 3'^'' April, 2013 passed by the SDM, Kapashera are being heard nor any order has been passed in the stay applications by the Deputy Commissioner (South West), Kaspashera. Consequently, present writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner (South West), Kapashera to decide the stay applications within a period of four weeks of receipt of this order. The appeals are also directed to be heard and disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months of receipt of this order.
