He submits that in view of the same, the petitioner would be required to file a fresh writ petition challenging the same. Leave is sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate writ petition on the same grounds as the present writ petition and also laying a challenge to the order WP (C) No.3031/2012 Page No.1 of 2 f' V dated 14"^^June, 2012.
