¶1Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to Respondent No.1 to demolish the illegal and unauthorised constructions that have been constructed contrary to the approved sanctioned building plans in the area of Naiwala, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Old This is a digitally signed order. Rajender Nagar Market, and plotted development area of Old Rajender Nagar, Western Extension Area (WEA) of Karol Bagh.

¶2Though the Petitioner-in-person states that Petitioner has made several complaints to Respondent No.1 against the massive illegal and unauthorised constructions in the plotted development area of Naiwala to the MCD, yet this Court finds that the Petitioner has not approached the Special Task Force ('STF') which primarily deals with complaints of unauthorised construction.

¶3Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the STF by filing individual complaints against specific properties.
