¶4This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of four months to make and publish the award.

¶5The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on 28.10.2024. It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter is at the final stage and in a period of four months the award is likely to be published. This is a digitally signed order. 6. I am satisfied that the sufficient cause has been shown. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a period of four months from today and the period from 28.10.2024 till today stands regularised.
