¶2Learned counsel for respondent No. 1-Union of India appears on advance notice and states that even as per the judgment dated 14.03.2023 there is no specific direction against respondent No. 1 as such and respondent No. 2 had been directed to refund the amount in question.

¶3This Court has also seen the para 12 and 13 of the above said judgment passed in W.P (C) No. 11167/2018.

¶4Be that as it may, there is no appearance made on behalf of petitioner today, list on 04.12.2024.

¶5The matter be shown in supplementary list.
