¶3The solitary relief which is claimed on the writ petitions is for peremptory directions being framed for expeditious disposal of appeals which have been filed on 14 August 2024 and 06 March 2024 respectively. In the absence of any material having been placed before us and which would have indicated the status of the board of This is a digitally signed order. the respective appellate authority as well as the pendency of matters of older vintage, we find no justification to issue the prerogative writs that are prayed for.

¶4Notwithstanding the above, we dispose of these writ petitions with liberty to the petitioner to apply for expeditious disposal of the pending appeals. Any application that may be made in this respect may be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by the concerned appellate authority.
