No. 65/2016 and IA No. 3160/2016 and IA No. 3161/2016 were pending adjudication. It has been reported by the Registry that O.A. and the IAs have been disposed off vide order dated 12.08.2016. In view of the office noting and in view of the fact that the pecuniary value of the suit for the purpose of jurisdiction is less than Rs. 1 crore, the Registry is directed to send the complete records of the case to Ld.
