18.07.2011 Present none for the Petitioners despite pass over. Status report has been filed by the State which states that inquires were made and it was revealed that the Petitioners were not residing at the address given in the petition. The owner of the properly informed that the Petitioners lived in the said house for few days and thereafter they shifted to Jhuggi No. D-49, New Shyam Nagar, Delhi. In the first week of June the beat staff visited the said Jhuggi, however, the Petitioners were not foturd residing there. On inquiry it was revelaed that they have shifted to House No. 661, T.C. Camp, Raghubir Nagar. Pursuant thereto, statements of the Petitioners were recorded who stated that they are living at House No. 661, T.C. Camp, Raghubir Nagar, Delhi and they do not have any fear or apprehension of any untoward incident. This appears to be the reason for non-appearance of the Petitioners.
