¶1Mr. Mukul Singhal, Superintending Engineer of respondent no.2 is present in Court and he submits that he has written to the head office for compliance of the orders dated 23rd August, 2016, 21st September, 2016 and 18th October, 2016. It is further submitted that the payment has to be released by the Director (Personnel) of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.
¶2The Director (Personnel) of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. is directed to comply with the order dated 23rd August, 2016 within four weeks failing which he shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.
¶3List on 14th December, 2016.
¶4Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
