O R D E R %

31.08.2026 The matter was listed for 27.08.2026; however, as 27.08.2026 was declared a holiday, the matter is being taken up today.

¶1There seem to be subsequent developments.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly contends that two prayers made in the petition, at this stage, are not pressed.

¶3Learned counsel seeks liberty to raise those prayers before the appropriate authority/Court. He, however, submits that the amendment application be allowed. If that be so, the petition can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to institute a fresh writ petition with respect to the prayer made in the amendment application. This is a digitally signed order. 4. With that liberty, the petition stands disposed of.

PURUSHAINDRA KUMAR KAURAV, J AUGUST 31, 2026 P This is a digitally signed order.
