In terms of order dated 23.09.2016 passed by ADJ-01 (PHC) New Delhi whereas observed that office of defendant No.1 is situated at Vikas Sadan, INA New Delhi which falls under the jurisdiction of South-East District Courts as such the matter has been received before Registrar General vide order dated 20.10.2016.
Hence, in view of the above observation and submission of counsel for the parties, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Sessions Judge, (South-East District) Saket Court.
Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Sessions Judge (South-East District), Saket Court on 25.11.2016.
