Lawyers are stated to be on strike today. Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016, which has been approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court. As per para no.12 of the execution petition, subject matter of the present execution petition involves sum of Rs.1.00 Crore. In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi for 02.05.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
