05.02.2016 This is a suit having jurisdictional value less than rupees two crores and the defendants is resident of area outside Delhi while the plaintiff is stated to be resident of area falling within the territorial jurisdiction of West District.
Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter also stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 7th July, 2016.
