¶1The petition is for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 Yes Bank Ltd to forthwith de-freeze the account bearing No. 092863400001542, belonging to the petitioner, in compliance with the Order dated 10.07.2023 passed by the Court of Special Judge (PC Act)(CBI)-16, Rouse Avenue District Court, New Delhi. in CC 40/2023."
