Keeping in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District & Session Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 14th July, 2016. Date, if any, fixed earlier before this court, stands cancelled. Evidence in this matter is being recorded before the ld. Court Commissioner. Registry is accordingly directed to make the case file(s) available to the ld. Court Commissioner on the dates fixed before him for conducting evidence, till the matter is not actually transferred.
