¶4In terms of the last order, learned counsel for the Appellants had sought instructions from the LRs of the Appellants whether the LRs wish to continue with the appeal or not in view of the fact that the Appellants Baljeet Singh and Karambir are no more. CRL.A. 839/2005 & CRL.A. 987/2005

¶5A very unfortunate situation has emerged in the appeals where all three Appellants have left this mortal world and their legal heirs as specifically told by the learned counsel appearing for Appellants/legal heirs that the legal heirs do not wish to continue with the appeals anymore.

¶6Accordingly, proceedings qua the Appellants stand abated.

¶7Both the appeals stand disposed of as abated.
