¶1This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') on behalf of the plaintiffs and the defendant to record the settlement arrived at between the parties.

¶2The application bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendant and their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendant.

¶3The parties were referred for mediation on the last date of hearing. They have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before Justice Manmohan Singh (Retd.). The terms of the settlement are detailed in paragraph 4 of the application.

¶4I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful. This is a digitally signed order. CS(COMM) 683/2024

¶5Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

¶6Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. The present application shall form part of the decree.

¶7Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
