¶1By virtue of the present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.105/2026 dated 26.02.2026 registered at PS: Nabi Karim under Sections 135/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 and all proceedings emanating therefrom in view of the "No Dues Letter" dated 16.01.2026 whereby the petitioner has settled the present matter with the respondent no.2/ BSES Yamuna Power Limited.

¶2Issue notice. This is a digitally signed order. 3. Learned APP and learned counsel for the BSES Yamuna Power Limited accept notice.

¶4Learned counsel for the BSES Yamuna Power Limited affirms the contents of the "No Dues Letter" dated 16.01.2026 and submits that the total settlement amount of Rs.73,554/- has been received, thus, he has no objection to the quashing of the aforesaid FIR.

¶5The petitioner, present in Court, as well as his credentials, as on record, have been identified by the IO.

¶6Record reveals that there is a "No Dues Letter" dated 16.01.2026 given by BSES Yamuna Power Limited whereby all dues have already been paid by the petitioner. As such, particularly in view of the no-objection on behalf of BSES Yamuna Power Limited, there is no reason for continuation of the aforesaid FIR against the petitioner.

¶7Thus, the present petition is allowed and FIR No.105/2026 dated

26.02.2026 registered at PS: Nabi Karim under Sections 135/150 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 and all proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.

¶8Accordingly, the present petition alongwith the pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
